各位朋友，大家好。非常高兴有这样一次机会与大家交流分享。我是来自北京市新英才学校的执行校长张万琼，我今天给大家分享的题目是“为学生打造多元立交桥式的发展路径”。

北京市新英才学校位于北京市顺义区,它是一所集幼儿园、小学、初中、高中为一体的15年一贯制的国际化学校。我们学校是2008年建校，而今已经有12年了。在第二个10年到来之际，我们学校推出了“爱创百年”的教育计划，学校立志要办一所影响世界的中国名校。我们要培养有世界担当的中国英才，在爱与创造教育主张之下，新英才形成了自己独特的教育价值观。

我们培养的学生必须具有如下的品质：愿爱世界、身心健雅，终身学习，跨界交流，善于决策，勇于创新，服务中国，心系天下，成为既有情怀信仰，又有能力担当的一代英才。我们要赋予学生掌控未来的幸福力，因为我们坚信人生不是单行线，学习不是独木桥，知识的孤岛给予不了孩子海阔天空的壮怀激烈。我们要想把孩子送到幸福的、成功的彼岸，必须为学生架起一座幸福的立交桥。基于此，我们把学校15年一贯制分成了4段6衔接，基本形成了三年为一个周期的孩子发展阶段。在每一个衔接阶段，我们都为孩子们做好了衔接和预备，让孩子平滑过渡，成长为最好的自己。

Hello, everyone. I am very happy to have such an opportunity to share with you. I am Zhang Wanqiong, the executive principal of Beijing New Talent Academy. The topic I will share with you today. is “A Diversified Overpass for Students’Personalized Development”.

Beijing New Talent Academy is located in Shunyi District, Beijing. It is a 15-year consistent international school integrating kindergarten, elementary school, junior high school and high school. Our school was established in 2008, and it has been 12 years now. On the occasion of the coming of the second decade, our school launched an education plan of “Love and Creativity”, Our school is determined to establish a famous Chinese school that will influence the world.
